A couple weeks ago, I was hiking in Eagle Creek Park with a friend. As the sun set, we hiked down the reservoir — it was amazing. Light reflected off silver fish jumping out of the water. Bats were darting about, feeding on bugs, which were feeding on smaller bugs. In the distance, a team was rowing. In the background was a cacophony of crickets. My friend and I sat on a log and watched the sun set reflected from the still waters. It was a spontaneous moment of meditation. The short video doesn’t do the experience justice, but I hope it transports you back to a meditative moment from your own experience. I’ve viewed it a couple of times when I need to “chill” and it worked for me. Watch, relax, enjoy — I hope it takes you somewhere peaceful and calm.
