TKO Team Talk is a chance to get to know us—one team member at a time. It’s a glimpse behind the curtain. In this series, we ask individual teammates four questions. The questions are designed to share insights into the family of TKO companies and reveal a little about the people behind the brand.

During his off season Santa is a production advisor for TKO Graphix—he’s had a lot of experience running manufacturing facilities.

Why do you Work at TKO?

I needed something to keep me busy in the summer and wanted to use my production expertise where it might be appreciated. Granted, vehicle graphics and signs are a lot different from toys but production is production. I’ve been able to put my Kaizen certification to work here at TKO Graphix and TKO Signs.

What’s Your Funniest Work Story?

That would have to be meeting Tommy (President of TKO Graphix Tom Taulman II). You see Tommy spent much of his boyhood on the naughty list. You should have seen him squirm when I gave him the stare, HO HO HO! But Tommy’s been a good boy for several years now.

What are Your Hobbies and Interests

I’d have to say it’s still toy design, manufacturing, and delivery. Even after all these years I still get a kick out of it. Why just the other day we were working on a brand new… wait I better not spoil the surprise.

What would you like to add?

Only that there are a lot of good boys and girls at TKO and I’m sure they’ll all get their wishes, and tell Tommy I’ve got my eyes on him!

If you have any questions for our teammate Santa, he may be contacted at The Santa Claus House, North Pole. He’d be happy to hear from you, but only if you’ve been good.
