Graphics Installer

Locations:

As a graphics installer, you will cut, prepare, measure, and apply vinyl decals or full-panel vinyl graphics on semi-trailers, vehicles, or other substrates. You will be expected to complete tasks within established time frames and quality standards, while adhering to safety policies. Depending on job location, the work will be completed in TKO’s installation facilities, customer’s factory facilities, or customer’s locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare vehicle or substrates for vinyl application, which may include cleaning or painting
  • Accurately measure and apply vinyl graphics on various types of vehicles and other substrates per instructions
  • De-identification (removal) of graphics from vehicles
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous graphics application experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
  • Self-starter that enjoys working with your hands
  • Basic math skills for calculating dimensions
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to read and follow work order specifications and measurement sheets to apply decals
    or full-panel vinyl graphics on semi-trailers, vehicles, or other substrates
  • Ability to repeatedly utilize specific methods and processes as trained by the Installation Crew Leader to ensure consistency
  • High attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Pride in workmanship
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to cooperate and work within a team environment
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at elevations
  • Physical ability to efficiently operate all hand tools used in the installation of graphics such as rivet brushes, squeegees, cutters, and torches
  • Physical ability to handle lengthy periods of time on your feet
  • Ability to work overtime. Some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Hours:
Monday – Friday, some Saturdays during overtime.

Entry-Level Production Associates for Finishing Department

Location: Plainfield, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-masking and weeding vinyl graphics
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

This is a manufacturing environment, and these positions are completely entry-level, we provide all the training.

We are looking for individuals with the following:

    folders, packing lists, shipping manifests, and instructions

1st shift 6am – 3pm
2nd shift 3pm – 11:30pm
(50¢ per hour shift bonus for second shift)

Welder/Fabricator

Location: 

  • Brazil, IN
  • Lafayette, IN

Fabrication involves laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object. This is highly detailed work and requires the Welder Fabricator to be knowledgeable of many techniques and tools.

Requirements:
The candidate must:

  • Work 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, available for overtime with/without notice
  • Have knowledge of safety precautions related to occupational hazards, procedures and practices of the trade.
  • Skilled in identifying the proper power and hand tools in the safest possible manner and various equipment.
  • Be able to do all physical requirements involved with welding/fabricating

Decal Remover

Location: Lafayette, IN

The candidate must be:

  • Removing decals and washing trailers.
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to work: 7am to 3:30pm
  • Available to work OT with little notification
  • OK to work around water
  • Accustomed to working outside
  • Must be able to step up and down a ladder continually
  • Ability to use tools provided including: steamer, scrapper and DE-ID tool (poker)

General Labor – Entry Level

Location: Lafayette, Indiana

This job will consist of doing anything needed around the shop. This person should be someone who takes initiative, likes to stay busy and willing to help wherever. This is entry level; all training is provided. Looking for someone with a good attitude and dependability.
