Food trucks are no longer the old clunkers parked behind the warehouse at 7am, with stale biscuits, watery gravy, and hard-boiled eggs — they’re serving great food — even high-cuisine. The greater Indianapolis area has some fine examples of excellent food trucks including the Korean-style West Coast Tacos, The NY Slice pizza truck, and Scouts Treats Cupcakes and Popcorn Treats.

Add another to the list of local food trucks – Dawson’s Too from Brownsburg, Indiana. Dawson’s Too brings the know-how, experience, and the great food tradition, which Dawson’s on Main Street has provided for years. The new Dawson’s truck will be primarily used for catering and events in and around Brownsburg.
