Near the end of last year, TKO Graphix ran a contest for a free vehicle wrap. One of the stipulations of the contest was for the business to write a short essay as to why they should be considered. I was privileged to be part of the team that picked the vehicle wrap winner. It was difficult to decide, so we didn’t pick one winner – we chose two. One was this Frigid Frog vehicle wrap.
As I said, one of the winners was the Frigid Frog and More at 2481 E. Main St. Suite 190, Plainfield, Indiana. It was my great pleasure to call the owners of this mom and pop family business and tell them they’d won. If you want to know why we choose the Frog, here’s the winning essay.

“We are a family owned and operated small business that reaches many families and charities in the community. We love serving others through our work and donations to various charities like Sheltering Wings, Riley Hospital & A Little Rae of Hope just to name a few and we have partnered with Plainfield Police for events like National Night Out. Schools are also a priority with us. We have worked with all the Plainfield Community Schools as well as other schools across Indianapolis donating a portion of our sales back to the schools.
We now carrying Black Rifle Coffee which is a veteran owned and operated company that donates a portion of all sales to veteran programs and 100% of the sales of their Thin Blue Line Coffee to wounded officer’s families. Our business would love to advertise all of our offerings; Frigid Frog Shaved Ice, POP! popcorn, Twist gourmet cotton candy, and Black Rifle Coffee.”
What is a Frigid Frog?
A Frigid Frog is a shaved ice treat. I counted more than 60 flavors (not counting specialty flavors) from banana to wedding cake, and you can combine flavors. So, if you have more than 60 flavors and you combine two or three on one serving, then the total number of combinations available is … a lot.
And, I love their sizes; there’s Tadpole, Pollywog, Frigid Frog, and Bull Frog.

The Plainfield, IN Frigid Frog has more than flavored shaved ice treats; they also have Pop! Gourmet Popcorn and Twist Gourmet Cotton Candy. Tell me this wouldn’t be a great place to bring the family! They’re open daily from 3 until 8 pm and are available for parties, celebrations, and special events.
They also spread their cheer off-site at school programs, sporting events, grand openings, fundraisers, and customer appreciation open houses. If you want to have a great time at your next event, bring the Frog! You’ll have everyone hopping!
