“At TKO Graphix, Customer Service Comes First” was a challenging title for me. I spent several days contemplating the title for this post. I knew what I wanted to write, but didn’t want to sound like I was bragging or sounding too cliche, but at TKO Graphix, customer service really does come first.
Let’s begin by saying we are not perfect, but we care, and when we make a mistake, we do our best to fix it. I don’t think consumers expect perfection from any provider. What they want is a company that takes care of them, and that’s our mission. With us, customer service comes first.

Our mission statement is more than words; it’s our culture. It’s what we believe in and what we stand for. However, as poignant as these words are, you can’t talk stuff done. Outstanding customer service requires action. Here are some of the systems we have to ensure customer service comes first.

We Answer the Phone
It may seem like a little thing, but it can make a big difference. During our office hours, 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, human beings answer our phones. We don’t have an automated phone system, which begins with “Listen carefully because our menu has changed.” TKO team members answer our phones and do their best to answer your questions, and if they can’t, then they connect you with someone who can.
We Designate Customer Service Representatives
All our CSRs can help any customer, but if you’re a regular TKO Graphix customer, a personal customer service rep will be assigned to you. Your representative will know who you are, understand your needs, how you like to communicate, and develop a working relationship designed to help you.
We Assign Project Managers
For projects such as a large fleet rebrand, we assign project managers to collaborate with the customer and set project expectations, including deadlines, locations, and logistics. Our project team coordinates printing, shipping, decal removal, installation site preparation, graphics installation, scheduling installation crews, and managing the online project tracking system. We Are a Full-Service Fleet Graphics Provider
Not all large format graphics providers offer full services from start to finish. Some only print, and others will print and do some design work, but they don’t install. Many providers can’t travel to your location, and others aren’t prepared to remove existing graphics or de-identify fleet vehicles.
