Chris has been with TKO Graphix for 21 years; her current position is VP of Administration.

Why do you Work at TKO?

I enjoy what I do and appreciate the freedom and flexibility to manage my team without being micromanaged. And, as much as anything, I enjoy the people and atmosphere.

What’s Your Funniest Work Story?

16 years ago, near the end of March, I learned I was expecting my daughter. I informed my direct superior of my pregnancy and added I didn’t plan on returning. He let me know how much my work was appreciated, hoped I would reconsider, but wanted me to do what was best for my family. (That was very nice!) I had no intention of leaving—I told him on April 1st it was April fool’s day.

What are Your Hobbies and Interests?

Number one is my daughter; she’s involved in sports and extracurricular school activities and we like to go shopping. I enjoy working out and hiking the trails at Eagle Creek Park with friends.

What would you like to add?

I believe in our team and the vision our president, Tom Taulman II has for the company. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else and not seeing the people I work with, my friends, every day.
